Welcome to our website about new proposals for our two sites north of Saunders Lane, Mayford, Woking.

Martin Grant Home's proposals are for up to 310 high quality, sustainable new homes. The sites are in sustainable locations within walking and cycling distance of local facilities and services.

Woking area has a significant shortage of both private and affordable homes. To help tackle this, we are proposing that 50 per cent of the new homes across the two sites will be affordable.

The homes will be a mix of housing types and sizes, including family housing and homes suitable for 'downsizers'.

We also have exciting plans for opening up new green space on the sites, making spaces legally accessible for everyone to enjoy. We will create new public open spaces including informal recreation areas, and formal play facilities too.

Based on our local knowledge as a Surrey-based business, we are committed to creating sensitive plans that respect the local community, landscape and heritage.

We have very recently submitted outline planning applications for each of our sites to Woking Borough Council. These outline applications are just the start of the planning journey.
